After a decade of ownership by Diversey Corporation and later Unilever, a new company has been established through a management buy out. The buy out took place December 2000 and the name of the new company, is ScanFoam Cleaning Equipment ApS. All the good excellent workmanship in the company's products are still very much alive. The present well experienced staff continue in the new ScanFoam.
